How much consideration must you give to a proposed home, brand new to be built priced lower then it's comparables in the area. It seems logical the only set back would be the distribution of marketing and advertising to alert the public that such an option exists.

Before I got into the business, my wife and I looked at homes for two years before we actually were alerted that we could purchase a brand new home for a similar price to all the existing homes we had been viewing. Similar size, built that year in an up and coming neighborhood versus anything from 5 to 50 years old, in just about every corner of our targeted county.

I know we build a superior product to our competitors, so it's about getting out the word that such and option is available.

I would certainly appreciate the comments, thoughts, concerns, and general feedback should you have any, and please consider building anything with us, if you can think it, we can design and build it.
